Local Target Offers Ray of Hope for Salvation Army

A local Target store has received over 100 letters in protest of the
corporate decision to not allow the Salvation Army to solicit
contributions in front of their store. The local managers have said to
staff that if a kettle shows up out front of the store they will not be
asked to leave. What should the Army's response be to this information?
What would the Christian response be, seeing how it might be a costly
move by the managers here.
